HELP! Can't access MN through app on Ipad

Please help. I access the site via the app on my iPad and never log out.

On Tuesday I clicked on the app, found I was logged out, tried to log back in and couldn't as I had forgotten my password.

Went to desktop site. That works OK but I don't like using that version.

Tried a password reset via desktop, but I get the blue circle of doom.

Plus the keyboard does not appear on my iPad to enter a new password when I click on the box. This works fine on all other sites.

Can you look at this urgently please? I can't be the only one having issues?

I was logged out on the app a few days ago too. I got straight back in though although I did have the disappearing keyboard issue on my ipad when I was on the Asos app. 🧐 I had to close down the app and go back into it.

Hello, OP. Sorry to hear you're having problems accessing the app on your iPad. Could we ask which version of the OS you are using, please?

Also - we know it's a pain, but have you tried the usual things like restarting your device?
