The rating thing for hq responses to reports

Honestly I don’t have a problem with the responses I get and I have no issue with giving good or v good but who are the helpscout platform?

I didn’t get any info about them when I went to award a good to the hq person who responded to my report and I wondered if you could tell me what data they’re gathering and what cookies etc I’ve consented to by voting on the response.

Hello @Inspectorslack Help Scout is the company that provides the help desk software we use at MNHQ. I'm not sure about the Cookies but I'll double check this with someone more knowledgeable and get back to you soon as.

Why on earth are you asking us to rate the moderators as individuals ?

Goodness knows it's a thankless job at the best of times, without having to put up with me marking how you dealt with my report.

What happens if I don't like a mod response to my report? Is Michael made to sit on the naughty step? Is he force fed a massive salad until he begs for mercy? Does Lily get a pay raise if she gets lots of " greats"? What if Hebe spends all day dealing with goady fuckers reporting each other and she gets 20 " not greats" as she's told everyone they are out of order?

Did anyone consult the staff on having their performance rated? Or is this just another workplace where stuff is imposed on employees without their consent?

It's just something we're testing for a week or so to find out how we're doing. Mods aren't judged individually - we're looking for an overall 'happiness score' and then we'll turn it off. We're hoping to get more in-depth feedback when we send out a moderation questionnaire.

I appreciate that Michael (honestly) but it’s been much more than a week and I didn’t get a cookies consent when I went to the voting website.
