Not getting a notification

@mnhq I'm not getting a notification when people tag me using @sorryiasked - is there something I need to change in settings or a site problem? (I've got notifications in the past)

Sorry you are having this bother.

If you go into 'customise' when you click the drop down arrow next to 'talk' can you check the relevant boxes next to 'talk notifications'. You should be able to set the notifications you'd like here.

If that doesn't work then please could you let us know the device you are on and how you are accessing the site (app, web etc) and we'll be able to take a closer look.

Mine suddenly started going to spam for some reason.

Yes all ticked, nothing's changed.

I'm on mobile android (but not the app)

I’m getting the same issue. It’s ticked to notify me but nothing. It’s only been happening for the last week.

I’m iOS on my iPhone
