Why am I seeing ads AGAIN despite being a Premium subscriber?

Can we have your device and browser, and can you screenshot the adverts you're seeing? We're keen to get it sorted for you.

I'm getting this too. Adverts on every single thread

Same here. Safari on iPhone. Screenshot attached of the ad I’m seeing on this thread.

Also, not only am I seeing ads, when I try to use the ‘see all posts’ feature it tells me I can’t use it as it is a premium feature!

We're looking into this now.

Please could folks seeing adverts log out of their accounts and log back in again - and let us know if this clears up the issue?

I logged out and back in and it seems to have solved it. Unfortunately I now can't send any screen grabs of the website address as it was happening, because it's not happening any more But happy days now the ads have gone away again.

Tried logging out and in again still full of ads.

I’ve logged out and in again and I’m not getting ads any more, but threads are being very slow to load and the bookmark function isn’t working.

I logged in and out again and that seems to have solved the ad problem.

I’m still having some issues though. I no longer have the option to filter all posts by a particular poster
