Can't post pictures

I still can't post pictures. This is really frustrating when the weightloss support thread I follow is a posting pictures one.

I'm now getting a message that my pictures can't be uploaded as they're too big. But they're bog standard phone camera pictures and when I've checked the size they are the same size as the ones I have uploaded successfully.

Hi @FatCatThinCat sorry to hear you've been having problems. Please can you let us know the device, and version of browser that you're using and hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

I've tried on 3 devices.

1. Acer desktop running windows 10. I've tried with google chrome and internet explorer. Neither work.

1. Nokia 6.1 phone using the MN app.

1. HP chromebook using google chrome.

Hi @FatCatThinCat thanks for the extra information. For pictures, the file needs to be below 6MB and typically the file type should be jpg or gif. Please can you just check if the pictures fall within that guideline and give us a shout if you're still unable to post?
