What's happened to my MN Premium subscription?

I haven't cancelled it, I signed up to pay monthly by DD and the DD still appears active in my online banking - but as of this morning I'm suddenly seeing all the ads again and being asked if I want to join MN Premium? I've not had any email to say it's been cancelled and I certainly haven't cancelled it so what's going on??

PS even if it had been cancelled I'm paid up until November 24th according to the email receipt for my monthly payment on October 24th, so why have I been booted out?

Have you cleared your browser history recently? If so, it probably logged you out. Might just need to sign in again.

I'm logged in, so that's not the problem.

Thanks. It's giving me the option to subscribe, but I don't really want to take that up when I already have a paid up subscription

@LilyMumsnet I too had this problem - I have updated my card details, please confirm my premium is active again to remove all these blooming ads!

It’s still full of adverts, but I don’t know if you have attempted to take my subscription again.

I’m loathe to set up a new subscription in case I get two.

So it appeared to be fixed, but as of today I'm seeing all the adverts again and no longer have a Premium subscription showing in my settings.

What is really pissing me off is that I only paid for the months subscription yesterday!

Hi @BoobsOnTheMoon we're just dropping in to say that there was a temporary issue with the hosting provider, which is causing this problem.

The hosting provide is working on it but until it is resolved if you are seeing ads then please try logging out and logging in again and it should reset things.

We're very sorry about this and it’s affecting thousands of sites not just us by the way! Thanks for your patience.
