Something weird is happening

When I try to log in to Mumsnet, and type in my password, this message appear on my screen for last couple of days. If I try to open a page with MN address, same thing happens.

There was an error and there is no application layout in which to render it. The error reference is b6bc3ac8b. Give this to the system administator and ask them to create at least one layout for system ID 1

But if I google mumsnet, and pick one to click, ie talk/chat whatever, I am already logged in and have no problem. Is it to do with my computer?

Please do hang in there and we'll do our best to help, but could we ask for a few more details so that we can give our tech team a clearer picture of what's going on?

Can you let us know which device you're using and, if you're on a mobile, whether it's an android or iPhone. Also, which browser are you using and are you accessing Mumsnet via the desktop site, mobile site or the app?

Also, if you're able to provide any screenshots, showing the problem, that would be really helpful. Thanks.

I'm on my laptop, and chrome.
As soon as I type in the password and press enter, the message comes up on top of the screen, with white background in black bold letters. Have no clue how to screen shot, sorry.

Hi, @xolotltezcatlopoca, sorry you've been experiencing this. It happens when our content management system encounters an error. Is that message the only thing you see on the screen or does the rest of the page appear below it as well? Thanks.

Yes, that's the only thing on the screen, message on the top with white background. Everything else is totally blank, nothing else.

I've tried to log in and out few times this morning, and it was working fine every time.

Hi, @Tech It happened again this morning. I tried to log in and entered password and chose sign/log in/enter, which took me to blank screen with this message on top of the screen. I was able to open MN page by googling MN and choosing one of the topic, which I was already logged in, other wise I ended up getting this message over and over.

Hi @Tech its happened to me every time ive tried to log in. I get the same message as the OP. Its been happening for the last few days now but it didnt this morning. Am on my laptop and using Google Chrome.

Still having problem though not every day. Had the same problem maybe twice since, and totally new thing today as below. Only thing I did was typed in my password and enter. Opened new page with MN and I was already logged in. It's just FYI. Not actually having real problem myself since I know I can still use MN, but some others may be put off by this or think they can't log in.(well seems like whatever it says on screen, I am logged in already in my case, so it's just simple extra step of choosing MN talk or MN chat or whatever from the new page. )
