Bloody hard to sign up to Premium!

Hi Mumsnet mods,

I wanted to take out a premium subscription but had a hard time finding the correct link to do so.

I first went to 'My Mumsnet' and then 'Premium offers', then clicked on the button that says, 'Subscribe to Mumsnet Premium'. It asked for my email address, but after I entered it I was just redirected to the homepage.

Very frustrating and seems almost designed to make it as difficult as possible to sign up to Premium!

I was eventually able to do so after doing a search for 'Mumsnet Premium' and going to Justine's original thread announcing the service - but should it be this hard?

Is there an easier way that I simply missed? I can't see an obvious button/link when I open the site.

Thanks so much for raising this - we certainly don't want it to be difficult. We're really sorry to hear that it was. Can we check what device and browser you were using whilst trying to sign up for premium?

Thanks Lily. I am on a MacBook, using a Chrome browser.

What is the usual way to sign up? Is it to go through the 'My Mumsnet' - Premium offers' path (which didn't work for me), or is there a button/link to click on somewhere on the site?

I tried to sign up today and gave up. No link on the home page, went into my Mumsnet, clicked on sign up for premium and it asks me for my email address and then goes into offers. Nowhere to sign up.

This was on the desktop site in Firefox
