Text too big?

Hi HQ,

Suddenly all the text on this site has enlarged for me?

It's not to do with switching between mobile or desktop. It's just on the mobile site.

All other websites are fine.

Is there a Settings option?

We think we've had a similar issue come up before. Could you check your phone settings? If you click on the three dots icon on the top right of the screen, select 'settings', then ‘accessibility’, and then reduce the ‘text scaling option’ that should sort it.

Do pop back if that doesn't fix things though.

I don't have three dots, though. 😳

I'll attach a screenshot.

I've had a rummage around a bit. (The dots are on the bottom of my screen not the top, so I was a bit thrown as I'm not very tecky.)

There is a Settings option, but no 'accessibility'.

The only option that looks remotely plausible is content settings, but the only 2 options that provides me with are to do with pop-ups and apps.

And I've found out that it's only if I use Google, not if I use Safari. And it's only this site. So it's not my overall settings that's a problem.

It's an iPhone. I don't know if that makes any difference?

The Tech team haven't been able to replicate this, so are asking if anyone's able to upload a screenshot. Any chance?

I see Luna has done it on the other thread. That's exactly the same for me.

(i've actually gone into overall settings, and made everything smaller, so that at least it doesn't look giant now, just a little over large.

Everything else is a little too small though!

I’ve managed to sort it out. I went to the three dots, clicked ‘more’ then went to Zoom.

Then a plus and a minus sign appeared at the top of my screen. I clicked on the minus and everything went back to normal.

Thanks for trying to sort it out, HQ. Looks like it was something I’d done in the end - but I’ve no idea how!
