Mumsnet Premium issue

I signed up to Premium pretty much straight away, and it was all fine, but I've just noticed I am getting ads again, including ones suggesting I sign up to Premium any idea why this is happening? I know the payment went out a couple of days ago so my subscription should still be live.

It did seem to be better for a while, but the ads are back.

Have checked with the team and they've confirmed that Premium subscribers will still be seeing MN discount ads like this one, but not the banner ads. Please let us know if you're seeing any of those.

wait, so premium members will still see the banner ads for the premium subscription?

how does this make any sense at all? what are those laying for Premium actually getting for their money?

DebbieFiderer Of course you’re still getting ads. Mumsnet Premium was advertised as fewer ads, not no ads.

I can see sponsored by Mumsnet ads sometimes at the top of the page. They aren't always there. Also mumsnet insight ads (never more than 3) in the side panel.

They are unobtrusive and don't bother me. Also, I don't get the jerking and jumping and loading difficulties that I used to get on my ipad even when I was using Adblocker, so I'm happy.
