Why am I seeing undeclared affiliate links, like Disney and Boden???
That's breaking ASA rules, surely?

Hi OP

Thanks for getting in touch!

We're really keen to look into this for you - please can you provide some screenshots of what you mean?

It’s the the DIsney+ and Biden ads you have at the top of your pages. You know the ones with text highlighted in blue. I’m not entirely sure why you’d need a screen shot of your own banners ...

It isn’t made at all clear that they are affiliate links and that MN are making money through them for any referrals.

Thanks very much for the question, 00100001. It is definitely not our intention to mislead regarding affiliate links - we disclose the use of them on all content and emails as well as including some more information in our terms of use (www.mumsnet.com/info/terms-of-use).
We've been looking again at the IABs guidance (www.iabuk.com/) on native adverts and the intention is to leave the user in no doubt that ads are ads and whilst I think most users would understand this, I agree we can make it even clearer - so we've now added "Promoted by Mumsnet" text to all our in house ads. Thanks very much again for raising this.
