Problem accessing @ OP

I like using the @ function but on the app (iphone) I cannot 'reach' the OP - typically listed first - when I type the @. This is a recent change. Any idea why this might be?

Mind you I think when I posted the query yesterday I could see the @OP but couldn't tap it.

I've had this person for a while. If I scroll I can see them to tag on the list but when I go to press the name it scrolls away and doesn't hold there

Hi there, @LizzieMacQueen (you came straight up btw) - it may well be that the person you're trying to reach with the @ button has switched off that function. Do you think that might be the issue?

But if not please do let us know which device you're using to access the app. Also, if you're able to get any screen grabs of the issue in question that would be really helpful so we can ask our tech team to look into it.

The @ function is very dodgy, tbh. I use mobile web and it's about a 30% success rate for being able to select the poster, no matter who they are.

I've gone through about 25 threads I'm on and now I am able to tag the OP so I'm not sure if @MNHQ have done a fix but yes, seems to work again.
