Cannot log onto Mumsnet using old device

[Aridane]

Went to log onto Mumsnet using old iPad (which predates the data security incidents and changing log in details from Username to email address).

So duly typed in my email address but then, after typing in my password and clicking 'next', the screen reverted to 'Aridane' in greyed out print, meaning I cannot log in.

I clear cookies and internet browsing history - but to not avail. 'Aridane' is firmly embedded in Mumsnet login on my old iPad and do not seem to be able to get round it.

PS A workaround is to view in private browsing only - which enable me to log on - but would prefer to be able to access without having to go incognito

Is this on safari, or ios app? Can you also send us a screenshot of the greyed out part?

Hen when I click on ‘next’, my email address disappears and is replaced by ‘Aridane’ in the ‘Your email address’ box
