After reading all the comments about Sali Hughes and paid content the other week, I'm now wondering about the Mumsnet Swears By emails we get... I realise people do put genuine comments on the threads, but are these products / companies recommended here paying you at all MN?

Just popping in to answer this. Swears by is recommendations by Mumsnetters - we don't charge for inclusion.

We have a number of safeguards in place (not least, the antennae of Mumsnetters ) and as far as we're aware it's a genuine system of recommending useful products - but please do hit the report button if you have any concerns'.
