How can I get a reply from MN please, email being ignored? re Zodus

Hi. I took part in the Zodus trial, I have emailed twice now and had no response @MNHQ. Can you please give me an email address for somebody that can answer my question about the voucher? Thanks

I emailed the last person who contacted me about the trial, I think it might have been JustineB.

I emailed twice and had no response.

I will try emailing "contact us" and hopefully somebody will reply ?!

I was just searching for a thread on this as I too have emailed Justine twice and not received a response.

I will try emailing using the contact us but presumably all the testers are having the same issue, would it be possible for MNHQ to post an update please?

Hi OP

Our lovely insight team are different from us lot that check in on site stuff and answer reports. If you email us at contactus, we will ensure your mail gets to the right team! If you haven't had a response yet, we'd be happy to give them a nudge.

Hi OP,

Just getting back to you on this. If you have been informed that you successfully completed the testing, you should receive your voucher by the end of the week.

If you don't receive it by Tuesday 16th July, please let us know to see what we can do.

@soniamumsnet @Flapdoodles I received £10 after the first tests but haven’t received the voucher for completion of test 4. Funnily enough I emailed Justine yesterday. No response yet. I just saw this thread by chance.

@soniamumsnt - I haven't received any vouchers. I opted to not take the £10 part way through, so am due the full £20 but haven't heard anything yet.

This is not really acceptable, the tests were very confusing and time consuming and we deserve the vouchers that we were promised for giving up our time.

Also, after I finished the final part, I received another email asking me to take the final part, which is when I first contacted MN to ask you to confirm that I had indeed completed it. I got no response to that.

Thank you for your response @pongopig, I opted to receive the full amount at the end of the testing so I have not had anything yet. I received an email from Justine on the 28th May saying I had completed the trial and payment would be "in a couple of weeks maximum". I have a feeling we are not going to receive anything for doing this trial.

I have just found the old thread on this where other testers are also chasing up the vouchers. @JustineBMumsnet has said in that thread to expect an email in the next few days.

I have provided further information so hopefully you will locate me now. I emailed on 5 June to get confirmation that you had logged the last part by me when I received it for a second time, to ensure that I completed the trial. I had no response.

We really shouldn't have to chase up things like this, it makes it seem pointless to do further trials when the vouchers are not willingly handed over as promised :(
