Hi. I took part in the Zodus trial, I have emailed twice now and had no response @MNHQ. Can you please give me an email address for somebody that can answer my question about the voucher? Thanks

Our lovely insight team are different from us lot that check in on site stuff and answer reports. If you email us at contactus, we will ensure your mail gets to the right team! If you haven't had a response yet, we'd be happy to give them a nudge.

Just getting back to you on this. If you have been informed that you successfully completed the testing, you should receive your voucher by the end of the week.
If you don't receive it by Tuesday 16th July, please let us know to see what we can do.

These have been processed and should be arriving with you via email very shortly - we've been assured it will be by the end of today at the latest. If you haven't received this email by tomorrow morning please check your spam folder (we know they arrive here sometimes) and if you still don't have an email but were expecting one, please do contact us on [email protected] - we may need to look into a couple of cases in a bit more detail.
