Read threads not changing colour to show they have been read.

As the title says - it's recent - worked fine earlier.

Same for me, and I logged out and can't log back in on iPad and Safari. I can't use the app as my iPad is too old.
I'm currently using the puffin browser which allowed me to log in, but not on safari.

Its been like this for weeks for me. I did comment on a previous thread about it.

I did a thread about this months ago. Never got resolved, gave up in the end...

I don’t have that problem but, on the mobile site atm, I’m being returned to the start of threads on re-opening, even though I’ve invariably bookmarked them.

I'm also on a laptop. I've been on a thread on here for months about Advanced Search not working properly - keep being promised Tech Team are on it with zero results. I guess I'll add this to my weekly bumps.

I'm beginning to wonder if the Tech Team actually consists of an elderly hamster with arthritis who can't manage to run round the wheel to keep the site working as intended.

Interestingly, if I click the 'Popular Now' links .... the ones in the little box change colour but that's the only thing that does.

Same for me, Google Chrome. i kept bumping my thread, but i think it was forgotten about in the end. It's dropped off my Threads i started, but was last year.

Same here, threads I've read not changing colour to show I've accessed them, either on the main Active List, within a topic or in the Trending Box.

It's annoying.

Mind you I've acquired a little 'Refresh' wheel in the Trending Box.

Trending Talk box is randomly switching between Trending Talk and Mumsnet Talk Box

Trending Talk has little Refresh wheel.

Mumsnet Talk has Discussions of the Day and Trending Tabs.

Trending Talk changes colour if threads clicked on.

Mumsnet Talk does not change colour.

No obvious reason as to why the boxes are randomly swapping about.

Ooh my box just says 'Popular Now' whereas it used to say 'trending'.

Ooh, this has just started happening to me this evening on my iPhone. It’s irrationally annoying!

Oh now it says 'trending talk' again.

It's the way the boxes are randomly flipping between the two options which is disconcerting.

Yes I just noticed the random flipping as I refresh the page.

Okay that was weird, all the threads I have clicked on were highlighted in Active one minute ago, and then they all returned to un-highlighted.

Gremlins in the works?

There's so many gremlins right now it's finding something which actually works which is harder!

Read threads not changing color here. I am on a MacBook using Chrome browser . Started this issue yesterday, and still continuing.
