As the title says - it's recent - worked fine earlier.

FlissMumsnet · 18/05/2019 22:24

Hi SilverySurfer - we do read them! We're reading right now.

So sorry this is troubling so many of you - we'll take a look and see what on earth is going on here.

Thanks for being patience with us. Gin

Hi there all,

We have released a fix - do let us know if it's still not working.

AnyaMumsnet · 22/05/2019 09:57

Glad to hear it's sorted (I think?) - if it is still not working for any of you do let us know.

AnyaMumsnet · 23/05/2019 11:11

Hi there all,

If you're still having problems, could you please let us know what device you're using, whether you're using the mobile site, desktop site or app? If applicable, could you please also let us know the browser you're using.

LilyMumsnet · 09/06/2019 09:49

Hi all

We did try and release a fix for this but looks like it didn't work...

Tech may be struggling to identify the issue! We've nudged them. Thanks so much for your patience.

HebeMumsnet · 11/06/2019 09:09

Morning everyone! Hopefully some good news. Tech think they have fixed the issue now. If anyone is still having problems with this let us know here, but hopefully it's sorted.

LilyMumsnet · 03/07/2019 22:14

Hi all,

God - sorry! Definitely weren't ignoring you, promise. We're waiting to hear from tech about the fix as it doesn't look like it worked. We'll get back to you as soon as we know more. Thanks so much for your patience. Flowers

Hi guys, are you still seeing posts not showing as 'read' on the app? We're checking if recent changes have resolved this.

AnyaMumsnet · 31/07/2019 16:23

Hi there all,

We've tried to replicate this, and we've found the only way we've managed to do so is by using incognito.

Is there any chance you're using incognito or private browsing, or have an extension installed which prevents your browser from storing your history?
