Ad taking over Browser

Hello, I’m about to see if it’s a problem at my end, but wondering if anyone is getting a pop up from “ searchoeper” offering a free gift (too busy fighting it from redirecting me to read the details). Obviously not legit though, so beware.

I’m getting this too, was really worried I had a virus or something!

I'm still getting it, am on a Samsung S8. Screenshot has hopefully worked.

And am using Samsung Internet browser.

I was getting it on my safari browser via iPhone about an hour ago

Still happening for me on iPhone at 15.50

Still happening when accessing MN on iPad using safari at 16.15

Also getting it on iphone safari browser.

yes getting this, v v v annoying. When mumsnet email links to the site to show today's selection of posts. Can't get rid of it without losing link to mumsnet completely.

I am having this constantly on my iPhone 7 using Safari. I have the latest operating system.

Only way I have found to get rid of it is close safari and go back to MN but it's happening every 2-3 mins so seriously annoying.

This has been happening to me over the last few days. Just got it again on an ipad iOS 12.1.3

Been happening to me a lot making the site unusable.

iPad, 10.3.3, safari

Been happening on my iPad, but not on my phone, Samsung galaxy 8.

I'm still getting it on my Samsung Galaxy S6, in Chrome. I also can't log in unless I use an incognito browser window. I enter my details, press go, and nothing happens. Been like that for a few days!

Yes it’s been happening for months now. I’ve given up using mn on my phone as I can’t close the ads and refreshing doesn’t make a difference, the ads just come back again.

What happens when you press the blue triangle on the advert? That should give you the option to close the ad normally.
