Being thrown off the site on mobile phone

Hi HQ,

As I'm reading the thread, I am regularly thrown off it to this screen.

It's better if I continue to move the thread, scrolling up or down. But if I'm reading without moving it, after a few seconds I get thrown off.

It's an iPhone X and I am using the mobile site, not the app.

I’m being logged out randomly on the app

Mibe us switching tol the classic site from mobile whenever I open a new page, I can revert it to miblile but within a minute or teo it switches back to classic. To make matters worse I have adds all over it. Browser on Samsung s7 edge, latest update.

Thanks for letting us know about this, and so sorry to hear it's happening - it's sounds rather frustrating. Could you please let us know what browser you're using, and how long this has been going on?

We're not sure at the moment either. It's possible it's your phone, just as we haven't had many users complaining of a similar thing, but really, at the moment, we can't be sure.

I am experiencing somewhat similar to Datun@ I don't see that screen because I don't use MN on my phone that much but recently when i visit the site it always asks me for my email and password even though I have both assigned to my phone for this site (and this is proven by the password autofilled after entering email and 'keep logged in' checked). Happened since last week or so. This could be a "throwing off" too? I have an iphone 6, mobile site
