Hi MNHQ. I use the mobile site on Android and have done so for many years with no problems. Since yesterday however, whenever I click the button to go to settings, profile etc, I keep getting athis message - see photo. The only way I can get into pms is if I go in via a thread, select the pm option and then instead of creating a new pm I can work back to my inbix/outbox. I haven't yet found a way of getting to profile info etc though. I have reverted to desktop site on my phone, to no avail, so am back on mobile. Everything else seems OK. Any ideas for me?

Hi Myeastername,

That does seem rather odd - have you changed any of your settings or your device lately?

Let us know what you're using now including which browser and we'll get our tech team to take a look for you.

In the meantime - nice sleuthing to circumvent the problem!

OK. So this is interesting. I am using an htc12+ and use free adblocker browser just for MN (started after all the pop up problems a couple of years ago) And have had no problems at all until yesterday. Other than beginning to use this new phone in June, no other changes at all. I've just tried logging in and accessing my pms via chrome, And got through with no problems. I've also tried using the adblocker browser on my old phone (HTC m9) And can't get in there, either. Which leads me to believe it's something to do with my browser rather than anything else. Strange, as I've been using the same browser with no issues for some tine now. Maybe they've changed something at their end. Hmm - a mystery.

Hmm.. What browser were you using before you tried Chrome? (Apologies if I've missed that.)

Hi, I use Free Adblocker Browser, which I first started using after the Geoffrey debacle. I've never had any problems with it until now. I've looked at their feedback and there has been a recent update but it doesn't seem as though it should have caused this issue.
It's annoying, but not the end of the world since at the moment I can circumvent the problem, but it would obviously be preferable not to have to.

Hi there @Myeastername

If it's not fixed after another update is released, let us know and we'll look further into it - but at the moment it does look like something to do with the Adblocker Browser.

If anyone else is using the same browser, could you please let us know if you're also having this problem?

Myeastername · 21/08/2018 16:15

Thank you Anya, I'll keep you updated.
