Not receiving emails

Hi, I am not receiving emails for watched threads, can you help me please

Sure can! First question is, are you getting other emails from us still? Did you previously get watched thread emails?

I'm not either. They stopped coming in on Sunday. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I haven't changed any of my settings.

Hi, motoko - sorry about this, is this all emails? If you could also let us know what browser and device you're using, that would be great.

Same here. I noticed this a couple of days ago buy thought it was just me.

I don't get the daily emails, not the watched thread ones (I have opted out) but the ones you can tick the box to get - daily roundup? I wondered if I need to put the email address they come from in to my address book but I don't know what it is!

I always use the mobile site.

I haven't been receiving watched thread emails either (don't get any emails other than those normally anyway). I'm on the app and use a Samsung phone

Last email for watched threads Saturday 24th. PC/Firefox and Kindle.

Yes last email for me was Saturday 24th feb for watched threads.

Now that's odd. I'm only signed up for the watched thread notifications, and the ones where I've been mentioned in a post. I got the email telling me I'd been mentioned in this thread (only just seen it though, hence late reply) but I'm still not getting the other notifications.

I'm using Firefox, on a laptop, on the site.

We've heard back from Tech now so can we just check (apologies if we're teaching Grandma how to suck eggs here) you've chosen the notifications you want in preferences

this may be the culprit in some cases but also - could you check your spam folders as apparently mails can end up in there... even if they have gone into the inbox in the past helpful

Yes my email notifications were already set to on although i now know how to see 1000 messages on one page, winner. Checked spam and others, nothing from MN in there.

Yes, just like all the other times, they're set to receive email notifications.

What I don't understand is although I'm not getting notifications for threads I'm watching or posted on, I AM getting notifications if someone @'s me in a post.

It's the newsletters that I'm not getting - I don't know why, I've tried resetting them again today.
