E.g. How to link to a website?

Use square brackets around the link with no spaces e.g. [[https://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/family_planning/1759468-Mirena-coil ]] with no spaces between brackets and the link gives

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/family_planning/1759468-Mirena-coil

Or if you want to just Use a word instead of the full link, start the square brackets, put the link in an leave one space after the link to write your word and the close the square brackets e.g.

mirena with no space gives

mirena

You can just copy and paste a link. As long as it has http or Https on the front it will convert automatically - no square brackets needed (unless link is in OP)
