App Logging me out

The MN app randomly logged me out for no apparent reason. Does this happen if you log in using a different device?

So sorry that this is happening, it sounds really frustrating.

We'd be happy to pass this on to the relevant developer but could we just ask whether it's the Android or iPhone app you're using?

It's the iPhone app I'm using. It's not happening constantly, I just wondered if it's meant to happen as a security feature if you log on using a different device. I know that if I use the website in safari using the same device it doesn't log me out of the app, but would different IP addresses do that?

Hi @iwasagirlinavillage - I believe it's a security feature, although just to be sure, had you just updated the app?

No, I'm pretty crap at updating apps so I've not done it for a while.

I haven't tried to log in on another device but I was wondering if someone else might have done. I should probably update my password!

@iwasagirlinavillage it's possible to be logged in on multiple devices, so that wouldn't log you out.
