Mobile site not working?

I have no bottom bar and I can't post on the mobile site.

Using Android and chrome.

I've got Smart Manager on mine - go into storage and just click clear on Cache.

What device are you on Giles ?

If iphone:
Go to settings then the Safari icon in settings

Scroll down to Clear History and Website Data and click that then the pop up at the bottom

I have done that Bubbles, but no luck ....

Have you logged back in since clearing cache on mobile parrot? As that will log you out and you can't see bluebar when logged out, so on first appearance would look like it isn't fixed.

Galaxy A5 here. Utterly no clue how to clear cache. Can't seem to find it anywhere

Click your internet app
Then click your more section this might be either 3 little dots in the top right hand corner of the browser or it might say more depending on which version you have.
From there go to settings
Then privacy
Then click delete personal data
This will take you through to a page with various tiuckboxes, click to clear cache and cookies, then press the delete button.

(Then make sure you log in afterwards as, as above ^ it can look unfixed as your actually logged out)

It's working now. Page crashed and reloaded and it was back.

Sorted now, of course because it's Monday. Obviously it's a weekend thing.

It only started working for me after I cleared this 'cache' and logged in again. This is the second time this has happened

Yes! I've got my blue bar back. Thank you! I didn't clear my cache or change my settings so still a mystery to me!

Still not working for me. I've cleared cache and history, rebooted my phone, but I can't log in because the buttons still aren't clickable to do so.

My blue bar is back everything seems to be in working order. I've done nothing just woke up and all was fine!

I still haven't got any of it back. How come it's working for everyone else??
