Is the iOS app down?

I can get into anything else on this device - including the main MN site - but not, seemingly, the iOS app. Has it been taken out of service for a bit?

Oh Dear. (I'm on the Test beta and I think (vaguely) that that had a closure problem - of sorts - until it was resolved with a new fix? I was hoping........)

Over to Tech then. (Although it's always worth formally cache clearing, rebooting and charging an iPad if it's becoming 'frisky'.)

No, not just you. It's still down.

My Talk App tells me I'm not connected to the internet.
iPad, just had the latest system update too.

Mine has been fine since last night.

I've found - through bitter experience - that iPads seem to become 'all choked up' fairly easily. The more so if you're watching any streaming videos/games or movies. It really is imperative it seems, sadly, to switch off the device properly and restart it at regular intervals. If you haven't tried that, it might be worth a go.
