Hmm, we did have quite a few reports about duplicate posts last night, so could be there's something up with the app. Will have a word with our Tech team.

In the meantime, if anyone else is having this problem, please let us know here.

Yes, mine says it failed to post, but if I refresh instead of retrying the post, it then appears on the thread. The app tells fibs to make us double post and then chuckles at the mayhem it has caused.

It's been doing it for several days. This thread might be of use.
