App playing up

Hi, on the MN app (iPhone)

It keeps binning me out if the app when I'm scrolling down threads.

I don't like it!!!

It's been playing up for a couple of days but Tech are trying to fix things. Any chance of you using a browser site for the duration? (It might be more stable even if you prefer the app normally.)

I've been getting that too

It seems to be ok at the mo (fingers crossed!)

I literally do not have a life, so MN malfunctioning is very worrying to me

I seem to recall that Tech said in another thread that they'd identified the main problem(s) and had built a fix but that it had to be reviewed by Apple before it could be implemented. (MN aren't in control of their own destiny when it comes to the iOS app.) Hopefully the process will be fairly fast.

cozie's right - TimMumsnet has just posted on this thread. Here's what he said:

So we've just submitted a new build to the App Store that should fix:

• Duplicate/missing posts
• Crashes when on bookmarked threads

It will take a few days to review, then if it passes, will be released. Hopefully it has solved the major issues - any other smaller bugs will be addressed in following updates.
