What does it say? I didn't post on it so I can't see it.

TheseLittleEarthquakes · 12/06/2016 22:09

I saw that thread but didn't post on it. Was it a troll?

PortiaCastis · 12/06/2016 22:10

Thanks for the reports we're zapping this thread now as it's bollocks

BettyDraper1 · 12/06/2016 22:11

I missed it!

ilovesooty · 12/06/2016 22:11

That's brilliant!

elephantoverthehill · 12/06/2016 22:12

I ignored the thread too because I thought I might be less than sympathetic. So tell us please.

BettyDraper1 · 12/06/2016 22:12

What did it say?

PortiaCastis · 12/06/2016 22:12

Sorry should say "the poster appears to be talking bollocks"

braceybracegirl · 12/06/2016 22:15

what a strange thread to make up??!!!!

PortiaCastis · 12/06/2016 22:15

Poster tripped herself up by wondering what to wear when she left The Portland and baby is due in April.

BettyDraper1 · 12/06/2016 22:18

Yeah I feel like a twat. Felt moved to give her / him advice about some good maternity dresses I'd worn post birth. I honestly, genuinely don't get it though. Before I joined MN I thought trolls were those hideous cowardly people who threatened feminists with rape and other such sick shit. Why the actual fuck would anyone bother creating a fake thread about something so mundane?. Are they really so bored and lonely? Can they really not find anything (or anyone) to do?! I just don't understand it. Makes me despair for the future of the human race.

PortiaCastis · 12/06/2016 22:37

Who knows jelly I almost fell for it too until the longest pregnancy ever was mentioned.

Maybe she's an elephant?

PortiaCastis · 12/06/2016 23:04

Or a trolliphant perhaps?

Jokeaboutmyhotchoc · 12/06/2016 23:06

Suspect she was just trying to wind people up. That was the original definition of an internet troll.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 12/06/2016 23:08

For the love of Pete, you can't help trolls who are too fick to do da maths Grin

Boogers · 12/06/2016 23:09

I've just looked on threads I'm on and seen it. Very funny! Grin

I thought she sounded a bit Maui when I posted but gave the benefit of the doubt.

LyndaNotLinda · 12/06/2016 23:12

Some men think it's really funny to laugh at women :(

She was the Maui troll was she?

Who I think was also the same as South Kensington mother whose family owned a chain of hotels and who wanted to hire a nanny to take her child to school in the morning as she couldn't be arsed to get up early.
