Ahh, sad to see you go but so pleased you're moving on to something so great.

Do invest in some proper steel toecaps though, donkeys can be terribly passive aggressive and just when you think you've negotiated a situation they will make their point by 'accidentally' resting atop your squishy toes. Never patronise a Donkey, always say thank you and throw in a few rubs of their favourite spot and you'll have one of the best, most steadfast companions in the world. A donkey will always keep you out of trouble, of course the flipside to this is a donkey won't head into what they perceive as trouble come hell, high water or act of God. Very much like the difference between sheep and goats, you have to ask, don't tell. Well you could but then you'll get a physics lesson about immovable force, that kicks. They are truly underappreciated little marvels. I hope you have a wonderful rewarding time.

Many years ago, I stayed in a house which had a donkey in one nearby field and a cockerel in another.

They are some very lucky Donkeys and she'll be greatly missed.

From revising with DS, I now know the diploid number of a donkey.

That is to be fair the only revision I did with DS.
