logging in,wont set password reset

hi,i have had to make another account as i cant log into my normal account,i have tried everything.

i came onto MN today and found i had been logged out,tried logging in and it would not let me

i then tried password reset and it would not send me the email,checked spam and inbox,nothing

ive tried so many times,when i tried to sign up it said my was not valid,well ive used the email for 10yrs+ without problem.

ive had to sign up as a new member on my sons email

why am i having so much trouble

Same here, had to get my password reset this evening. I was logged off even though I hadn't done it myself and then was told, when I tried to log back in, that my password wasn't recognised. Woo woo?
