logging in,wont set password reset

hi,i have had to make another account as i cant log into my normal account,i have tried everything.

i came onto MN today and found i had been logged out,tried logging in and it would not let me

i then tried password reset and it would not send me the email,checked spam and inbox,nothing

ive tried so many times,when i tried to sign up it said my was not valid,well ive used the email for 10yrs+ without problem.

ive had to sign up as a new member on my sons email

why am i having so much trouble

Just had this too, thought I was going mad. Was able to reset my password though.

I just had problems logging in too. It had logged me out (it's doing that a lot lately) and wouldn't recognise my password (which I KNOW was right), but I was able to reset it so all fine now.

I had half of this problem. Found myself logged on and was completely unable to log back in, said username/ password was wrong but both definitely correct.

Luckily the email to reset the password came through and once I changed the password I could then log in normally.

it's so annoying,trouble is anytime you post and maybe dont agree with the poster they search you and call you a troll because it looks like your new

i tried ressetting,said my email was invalid

ive had the same email for over 10yrs

im resorting to my sons email

if the same happens with this one i might knock MN on the head im afraid

Same thing happened to me but I could resets my password.

Not sure what on earth is going on

Mn was hacked and a few people had armed police turn up. See Justines post or the Telegraph for further details.

lets hope HQ will give us some help with this

I've had this, I've reset my password umpteen times tonight as instructed but just cannot get in, sent an email asking if there were problems with the account but apparently it's fine. Gave up and set up a new account in the end. Bloody annoying.

i dont facebook,but i done it through my sons google

Me too ... I've even contacted MNHQ. They replied very swiftly but still didn't work ... I've now RE REGISTERED but I've lost all my stuff

I had been logged out on the app and the browser. Requested password reset and logged back in fine. Wonder what's going on?

There are so many other threads on site stuff, including the stickied one linked which explains exactly why EVERYBODY is having a problem with logging in.

They're working really hard to fix this. Sadly, a few logging in problems are nothing to the rl problems this hacking has caused.

i tried all the link advice,still didnt help thats why i have had to re-register,and lost all my history as im classed as a new member

I couldn't log on with my phone or laptop, had to reset password. Very odd indeed.
