Is anyone else having big problems with MN on an ipad!?

It is constantly closing the page...I can't get further the 2 pages without it happening! Not happening on any other sites!

Yep. I thought it was just me.minhad to upgrade to the most recent iOS (8 some things) which resolved the issue.

Annoying, as I hate the upgrade.

Yes, driving me bonkers. I posted in site stuff about a week ago and they said techs were investigating but it's still ongoing.

iwant what's happening there is Safari is crashing.

But Safari doesn't crash with any other site. It seems rather that the MN site is crashing Safari, not the other way round.

Mine keeps doing it that as well but I haven't upgraded my system( though it keeps telling me to!)

I get some guff about parsing about every second page.
Whatever the fuck parsing is I couldnt tell you but my iPad can't do it apparently.

I still have a "page reloading" thing happen frequently but just not the incessant crashing, which was causing me to tear my hair out.

This is happening to me too! It's been going on for a few weeks and it only happens when I'm on MN.

I thought it was just me, as its quite an old iPad.

I've sorted it by using the mobile version.
I keep trying desktop, as I prefer it, but it crashes every other page.

It just crashed as I was typing.

Mines takes ages loads hen shows half page, end on a wimp re boots page. It's all updated on IOS so not sure either

Yes, i ha this for just over two weeks. Started off on mumsnet but was eventually doing it on other pages. Checked online tips and it said the ipad neded an update.

Went into settings and there was a systems update notification. Did this on saturday and its been perfect since
