Postman rang this morning with a lovely cereal box of goodies. It's like you know my DS (sugar fiend ) He will love what you have chosen for him. I'm trying not to get tearful typing this as I'm at work as it's a perfect gift. Thank you. I wish you and yours a fabulous Christmas and a wonderful 2015.

My second gift apparently arrived after I went to work, but no-one in my flats answered the door to Parcelforce even though I take parcels for them in all the time I will be able to collect it from the sorting office tomorrow. I just wanted to let you know it had 'arrived' safely. So, thank you as well!

I am always awed at how wonderful MNers are. This time of year really shows that for all the AIBU's that descend into bunfights, the trolls and occasional twattery, you really couldn't wish for lovlier 'words on a screen'

Thank you so much! The parcel arrived this morning and I was actually in for once which made it even more of a treat as I didn't have to collect it! My girls will love the Frozen treats and I have tucked them away to take out on Monday when we go skating, very appropriate. Hopefully I will send the right thankyou to the right person as I've been lucky enough to receive more than one gift. My boys love their presents and have played with them loads since they got them. DS1 is old enough to understand what mumsnet secret santa is all about and he is as amazed as I am that someone we have never met has sent us a present.

Thankyou so much for the lovely card which I will treasure and the voucher. There is a Tesco very close to the hospital where we spend a lot of our time and this week we will be taking all 5 boys as it's the school holidays. So I think the voucher will be used as a bribe if they're good at all the various appointments.

I've just found out that "d"h did not drop your box at the myhermes dropshop until Weds this week. (Partly my fault as I told him last week when I gave it to him that it wasn't an ebay sale parcel so not as essential to drop promptly as others I've previously got him to drop off for me but clearly he kept forgetting for almost a week which is a shame as there's some pre-Christmas entertainment items in there)

Myhermes aren't being that speedy at present but it has moved as far as the local depot by Friday and hopefully it'll get to you early next week.

It certainly won't fit through the letterbox so hopefully someone will be around to take delivery. The presents are wrapped so it's Ok to open in front of the dd's but they will see the other non wrapped stuff so it's up to you to decide whether to open it while they around. (It was intended to get to you before the schools broke up).

I will keep tracking it via myhermes and cross my fingers & toes

I did wonder as it kept popping up that I should've received it and was concerned my postmen had thiefed it or more likely stashed it somewhere secret

Dd's aren't actually actually at school yet (just 4 and 7mo) but no worries :)
