Where has the moon info gone????

I just went to click on the little moon icon and no sign of it. Is it gone for good? Moved? Just my computer?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the moon's gone.

To be perfectly honest, it hadn't worked all that well for about three years quite a while, and nobody had reported it - which led us to conclude it wasn't that highly valued by MNers.

So it was decided that, for now, Tech's in-demand time and resources were better spent elsewhere.

But MNHQ how am I supposed to know when DH is due to be in a right old grump now? Honestly his monthly grumpy day ALWAYS coincides with a full moon

Ah, Boo hiss. The moon has gone? What will we do about tides etc? That's really no good but thanks for getting back to me. I'll have to find another easy source.

Zombie will miss the waxing crescent, the waxing gibbous, the full moon, the waning gibbous, the waning crescent and the new moon.

But but but... tbf my moon thingy was permanently half no matter what was happening outside in the real world anyway.

If you clicked on the moon it took you to another page which told you where the moon was.

I noticed it had gone... and came here, and now I know :(

The moon thing was quite helpful when things were 'kicking off' on here sometimes - check the moon phases and then walk away when it was a Full Moon

I liked the moon. Bring back the moon!

I liked the moon icon for exactly the reasons Fru said, and I wished the app had it.

am perfectly capable of finding it CanadianJohn (and have done) but it was nice and convenient on here
