Why do you ban people without warning? Often they have not gone outside the talk guidelines

A previously banned poster?
that's the only thing I could think of that would mean someone got banned without any warning.
have you emailed mn to ask them?

Or if a warning email gets into junk by accident. Does happen sometimes.

Also staying within guidelines but a PATTERN of sub-gf-ing might mean MN get fed up and pull yer plug possibly

but ofc TSSDNCOP

DoIcare · 30/06/2014 20:27

My friend got banned today, she was wondering why. She didn't break any of the talk guidelines but lots of people reported her because they didn't like her views

OP posts:
DoIcare · 30/06/2014 20:28

Thank you, will ask her to check her junk email and contact MN

PedlarsSpanner · 30/06/2014 20:28

See my point above

DottyDooRidesAgain · 30/06/2014 20:29

Your 'friend' mmmm ok I'll bite, I'm pretty bored this evening.

Ok OP what views did your friend you have that cost a ban?

HecatePropylaea · 30/06/2014 20:30

What's your friend's username?
[nosy]

Very very unpleasant views may be mistaken for goading or trolling, could that be it?

Does she have a thing about biscuits?

DoIcare · 30/06/2014 20:35

She can contact Mumsnet herself and find out. Thanks for your help

EverythingCounts · 30/06/2014 20:37
