Why do I keep being logged out even though I've clicked 'remember me'?

It's driving me bonkers.

I find this happens if I've logged in using a different device, could that be it?

No, it's literally every time I close and then reopen my browser. It's so frustrating! Am on my phone but it's doing it on the iPad and laptop too.
