Why does my iphone keep logging me out?

That really! It was doing this before the reset, if I go from Safari to something else on my phone, it logs me out.

Plus, it won't save my details now so I'm logging on every single time I try to MN.

I'm using the mobile site rather than the app as I find the app doesn't load long threads properly so I get a loop of some messages.

Aaargh. It's now doing it while I'm still on the site! So I'm on a thread, posting, reading, whatever, click 'I'm on' and it tells me I've got to log on again.

Still happening. Half the time it remembers my username and password but makes me click log on again, the other half it doesn't even remember them at all. Should I just give up?

This may be daft, but are you in the habit of clearing your cookies? If so, that'll be it.

If not, then something weird is going on

Mine does this occasionally, but I find if I then click Active (mobile site) twice, it sorts itself out the majority of the time. Not always, but mostly.

Possible minor brainwave - when you click on My Account in My Mumsnet - you'll be prompted to enter your log in details again for security reasons. Is this what's happening?

I'm not clearing cookies I don't know how! so I don't think that's it.

I'm also not going into My Account-do you mean I should be doing?

Kate yes-although interestingly after reading Carpe's post I've realised that if I click 'I'm on' once it takes me to a screen saying I have to log in again, but if I ignore that and click 'I'm on again' it then actually does take me to I'm on without making me log in again. Not foolproof, but about 3/5 of the time. Weirder and weirder?

Im having the same problem to add to my 'not being able to save where I am on a mahoosive thread' woes.

i will have to start blank posting or . so I don't have to scroll!

Can we suggest that you and angelafernandez update your iOS? We know it's a pita, but it might be the reason everything is going wonky for you.

I can't-I'm on the latest update! In fact, when did this start happening...possibly after that update??

MN is now logging me off constantly on both iPad and iPhone, using the mobile and desktop sites.

Mine too, ipad on chrome. Interestingly if I then try to log in it sometimes won't take me to the page but it says it is a redirect loop and can't load it. Other times if I click any old link on the page it then logs me in after saying I was logged out. This can happen a dozen times easily, then it settles down again.

Annoying!
