Thread not being removed from TIW

Hi - the title says it all really. There's one particular thread (nothing exciting, just in AIBU) that I watching but it's gone quiet and I've tried removing it numerous times in the past two days on various devices (PC & mobile site) but then I go back into TIW a bit later and it's still sitting there, perched at the top of the list even though no one's posted on it for days!

Any ideas?

We can't think why this is happening either!

Could you please go on to the thread in question and hit the Report button?

That way we'll be able to see which one you're talking about and investigate it further.

Try posting on the thread - it always makes them disappear from my watch list

Of course now I can't find the darn thread!

Will report it if when it crops up again

It's come back again!

It's just this one.

I'm on the PC and it's reappeared here on TIW but I've just checked and it's also reappeared in my TIW on my iphone safari mobile site.

I really don't think I'm doing anything odd. When it reappears it's across my various devices and always sits at the top of my TIW list even though it's not been updated since the 8th.

Will let you know if it comes back!

Oh my goodness. It's back. It isn't just stalking me - it's haunting me...

In desperation I've posted on it and unticked the 'watch this thread' box underneath (I'm on my PC, IE10) so perhaps that will work now.
