I'm getting an advert for 'weight loss capsules' on the right hand side of every page.

Is it legit?

Because it screams scam to me?

In the MPU position? Because right now I have Hewes & Curtis trying to convince me to buy a shirt.

It's on the right hand side of the page under Discussions of the day.

Although right now the ad is for a breast pump...but as soon as I refresh the page the weight loss ad comes back.

It can't be true can it? 22lb in a month? Is that even physically possible?!
