Can't get Talk Round-Up

Is it just me?

I know this is not a big problem on the scale of things, but it is beginning to drive me nuts.

Since 18th March I have asked MNHQ why I don't receive the Talk Round-Up via email - even though my Mumsnet settings tell me I should be receiving it. And, indeed, several email messages from MNHQ tell me I should be receiving it. Confused

So - where is it?

Has anyone else had the same problem?

I have asked MNHQ if they just hate me, and that's why the Round-Up is not forthcoming. But they assure me that's not the case ...

Hi Princess,

I think we've now emailed you with some further suggestions - did you get the mail? Let us know if not.

For anyone else having problems: first off, check that you're definitely subscribed to it via the MyMumsnet tab (marriednotdead, we've checked and you are!)

If you're definitely subscribed, please have a look here.

The top bit's a little out of date, but the bit about checking your My Mumsnet to see if there's a red message is still important. The other thing that's worth doing is adding [email protected] into your email address book.

If you do all this and still don't get a TRU on Friday, please let us know!

Thanks for replying. I saw Helen's email only a short while ago, but have followed her suggestions and nothing happened. Will see what happens tomorrow. I posted this just to see if anyone else is having the same problem.

Yes, Helen, to no avail. I am signed up for the for the talk round up, have checked spam & have checked everything else.

OK, we've just looked as we can see you reactivated your signup at 11.33am today.

That might possibly be a tad late to be sure of getting today's Roundup.

Can you bear to wait till next Friday and let us know if you get one then?

Can you stick it back on the tab at the top of the page please? There's one from January still there.

I like to be able to just click and view from the talk boards.

Apparently, they can't K8. Some tech thing with the new format.

Last they mentioned it, they were working on it.

Hi magimedi and princess, this was a problem on our side. You should have just got emails confirming you are subscribed now. Could you let us know if not. Thanks. Sorry for the troubles....

Am definitely subscribed according to account details.

I can't go to work on Friday afternoon if I haven't read roundup. You'll be in trouble with my boss HQ!

Hi, NTG, we'll take a look at this. We are in the middle of changing the way we send newsletters and subscriptions are taking a bit longer to activate than they used to. It should all be sorted by next week. I'll check your sub manually now. Sorry for the trouble.

I'm getting emails from all other areas of MN.....money saving, book recommendations etc etc.....I want my Round Up!!!!
