Just that, really.

It isn't even Decmeber yet!

Did I miss the official launch of the Christmas names? (like the turning on of the Christmas lights).

Lonelymum · 25/11/2005 14:54

OP posts:
jinglinggoblin · 25/11/2005 14:56

Bah humbug ...

WalkinginaRainbowWonderland · 25/11/2005 14:58

I also changed, quite liked it and have stayed with the christmas name... And now I've started on my first mince pies of the season I feel it only my duty to be honest and say it has made me feel just a bit Christmassy... also with a sprinkling of snow on the ground this morning thought it wouldn't hurt!

compo · 25/11/2005 14:58

Mistletoo - doesn't mean you have to send them in October though

zippimistletoes · 25/11/2005 14:59

It has come early this year

it has snowed in some places

and i've been packing christmas parcels since August

jinglinggoblin · 25/11/2005 14:59

i have been feeling xmassy since i started buying kids pressies about 4 weeks ago

Mistletoo · 25/11/2005 15:01

true compo

am not actually a particular fan of Christmas either!

For me, I was just so darn chuffed with my name (thought I was very clever) that I had to share

Lonelymum · 25/11/2005 15:05

I do like the Christmas name tradition, but I hate the feeling of unease I get when talking to a whole load of people and not being quite sure who they are, (in so far as I know who anyone is here!) Why is your name so clever Mistletoo - who were you before?

And yes, of course I recognise gigglingoblin, but I did wonder if you were ggglimpopo.

crimbocrazydazy · 25/11/2005 15:05

I joined the thread of changing names and I first was "crimbocrazy" and I don't think anyone knew me so I had to change to this, bit of a mouthful and now get called "CCD" which suits me fine!!!!

Lonelymum · 25/11/2005 15:06

You wait until you see my name CCD!

OP posts:
Miaou · 25/11/2005 15:07

Miaou · 25/11/2005 15:08

PruniStuffing · 25/11/2005 15:37

I don't like being told what to do (can't remember who was doing the telling though).

Also am feeling v christmassy this year, unaccountably.

macwoozy · 25/11/2005 15:39

I would change mine if I could blimen think of one

Mistletoo · 25/11/2005 15:40

me Miaou? yup!

MistleToo · 25/11/2005 15:42

but I should have a capital 'T'!

WalkinginaRainbowWonderland · 25/11/2005 15:44

Not very imaginative but how about Xmacwoozy or Xmaswoozy - at least everyone would know it was you?

PruniStuffing · 25/11/2005 15:44

WhiskyMacWoozy

not christmassy exactly, but winter-warming...

WalkinginaRainbowWonderland · 25/11/2005 15:45

Yes Prunistuffing - much better than my idea! Winter Warming indeed...
