Im looking to get a summer/play house for dd and ds. Im after something cute looking, cottage/house looking, ideally with features such a windows and maybe window boxes etc..

In summer colours or im fine to treat/paint it myself...

I love these http://www.greenandpresent.co.uk/kids cardboard ones, scroll down. My mum bought one for my DS about two years ago and he still uses it, now five.

We've coloured it in with felt tips, painted it, used it as a house in a million different ways and it packs up into our cellar and goes away. Very robust. We turned it into a halloween house in the autumn, hung pumpkins and "fake" tea lights etc on it. It's been a post office, a shop, a house blah blah.

Ok trying Link again! these ones

We got one on eBay for £120 and the cost of a van to pick it up. Have you had a look? Best if you can spread your geographical range quite far...

Have you seen this website? www.waltons.co.uk/playhouses-and-outdoor-toys/playhouses/wooden-playhouses We bought the Honeypot cottage from here and the children love it! Also Waltons' customer service was excellent.

these are way outside your budget but SOOOOOOO georgous I thought I would link you to them.

Good for colour schemes anyway.

Shhhh I found Waltons excellent. Very helpful. The house is lovely and the children (3 and 5 years old) adore it. It is well made, easy to put together and I thought it was good value for money. We don't have a huge garden so the honeypot cottage fitted in nicely without taking up too much room!

www.waltons.co.uk
Know others have different experiences of this company, but our experience has been just terrible.
No communication
missed delivery
didn't want to sort the problem out because "that's not the way it works here!!"
Having to escalate to Directors
I would not be able to recommend them to anyone based on our experience and the level of service offered.
