jennifersofia · 27/07/2005 15:35

Green and Blacks do several dark chocolates - about 70%. Plain, mint, espresso.
Waitrose own brand dark chocolate, Lindt as mentioned.

Heathcliffscathy · 27/07/2005 15:37

white chocolate isn't really chocolate sort of thing...or at least has such low cocoa content that may as well not be...mostly milk solids and sugar and vegetable oil.....never have liked it...

Heathcliffscathy · 27/07/2005 15:38

oh for godsakes sophable! sorry i read that as white chocolate with high cocoa content....sorry! ignore me....

hoxtonchick · 27/07/2005 15:39

i think green&black's milk choc is 37% cocoa i think, their plain is minimum 70%

motherinferior · 27/07/2005 15:40

They also do one that's even higher, IRCC, called 'cooking chocolate'.

Sorry, I can be even more boring about chocolate than about breast pumps

suzywong · 27/07/2005 15:43

anyone remember "Cakebrand"?

motherinferior · 27/07/2005 15:45

I do now [insert retch emoticon]

sorrel · 27/07/2005 15:47

we were brought up on cakebrand covered rice crispies. uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrgh!

marthamoo · 27/07/2005 15:47

Now what's wrong with a nice pack of Scotbloc?

Why are there so many food threads today? Blimmin' chocolate and takeaways...have you no empathy with us poor drooling dieters?

hoxtonchick · 27/07/2005 15:48

mi, are you stalking me on chocolate threads as well as shoe ones?!

marthamoo · 27/07/2005 15:48

Is this the place to admit I used to like Bourneville? Don't think I could eat it now.

motherinferior · 27/07/2005 15:49

No, it is just part of our overwhelming oneness of soul, HC. I am your missing link

hoxtonchick · 27/07/2005 15:53

snigger

Tinker · 27/07/2005 15:55

What's wrong with Bourneville?

Tinker · 27/07/2005 15:56

Ate G&B's Cherry choc yesterday. And have the Orange one in teh fridge. But am mostly eating chocolate buttons this pm

marthamoo · 27/07/2005 15:57

Nothing dear, it's lovely chocolate.

Oi! Pssst! Tinker still likes Bourneville

marthamoo · 27/07/2005 15:57

Chocolate buttons are perfection in a button shape.

God I'm profound.

Tinker · 27/07/2005 15:58

Resorted to eating the Easter eggs I've still not given away yet due to Buttons craving.
