chocolate, i just called dorel uk, and they informed me it would be £30 for the repair and service, PLUS courier to get it to them (the courier back is included in the £30)

Whats actually wrong with the handle?

the wire inside has snapped on one side. this means the button doesnt work. you can manually adjust the handle by pressing in the pins and pulling the handle up.

i do feel im on the road to recovery now. i think giving up my course was such a good idea its a huge relief to not have that to complete now.

I just want to explain what happened in a calm and non-aggressive manner, as I think the way I have been treated by Disenchanted3 is extremely unfair and quite aggressive, and there is no need for it.

I do not feel there is a need to dredge up the events of yesterday, but the way I have been treated today is unreasonable.

This site is open for anyone to read so your assumption that the people who kindly notified me of your slating comments were from your close group of friends. I myself have been on this website before for help, so anyone could have seen these conversations.

I really think you are over-reacting regarding this matter, I was simply trying to sell the pram to someone who needed it, the pram would have been sold to you had you not called me a 'weirdo' etc on this site.

Your comments really put a negative image of me out there an I do not want to put other people off purchasing from me as I firmly believe I am a trustworthy seller as my feedback proves.
