sweetkitty · 17/06/2009 15:57

think it might go for a lot though

Have no need for carrycot or car seat, you not tempted?

buggylovinmummy · 17/06/2009 16:01

Hi all

Lots to catch up on today.

My BJCM was delivered (well they tried to)while i was out and my neighbour wasnt around either
Its being re-delivered tomorrow
Knowing my luck it will come while im on the school run

lecohen · 17/06/2009 16:02

My SIL had the firstwheels - she could use with maxi cosi with adaptors - Big bonus!

Think the pram/pushchair body was easier to install than the infinity but I think it's just practice really (and co-ordination) lol

BUT, the firstwheels doesn't look like it's particularly suited to a buggy board whereas infinity looks like it would be FAB.

Looks about the same quality though.

I like the front wheels on the infinity though, better than on the Bugaboo PLUS it can fold with seat on when facing forwards, might sway some

FlyMeToDunoon · 17/06/2009 16:16

Thanks Sal but I'm looking to keep my budget at around £50.

Disenchanted3 · 17/06/2009 16:24

TAKEN SOME PICS OF MY P&T ... LOOKS SOOOO NICE, LOL

5inthebed · 17/06/2009 16:46

Wow,can't keep up with you all!

Glad you like the footmuff Carrie. DO you have the newborn comfort pack at all?

Basket hasn't come today . Neither has footmuff and bag clips. Starting to look at bug and think I don't want it because it looks bare.

I'm having such a terrible day today, feel so drained and just can't be bothered with anything. Anyone want to buy all my prams off me?

OP posts:
sweetkitty · 17/06/2009 16:58

Your P&T looks lovely Dis it's the exact same one as I used to have lol

buggylovinmummy · 17/06/2009 17:31

Just had an e-mail from argos its there end of catalogue sale, theyve got lots of pushchairs in the sale with some good reductions, over £100 off quinny buzz and loola. About £30 off some of the strollers.

buggylovinmummy · 17/06/2009 17:33

Think i might order ds,s new bed as theyve got £50 off of that. Might get my mum to put in on her argos card and then give her the money next month when i might actually have some

AnnVan · 17/06/2009 17:45

Hi all. I'm in need of a little pushchair advice, so thought I would come to the experts Just wandering if anyone has any experience of the Petite Star Zia?

sal1309 · 17/06/2009 18:10

annvan i have a zia i use it for use in the boot of my car its not something i could use as an everyday pushchair. Its nice and light and small.
But it is very low so if you are tallish it wouldnt be any good. it does feel quite flimsey but overall i like it and my dd loves it

nicolamumof3 · 17/06/2009 18:13

not really had any good reports about zia im afraid very low even i find it low and im short!

buggylovinmummy · 17/06/2009 18:27

Annvan the zia is on sale at argos if you do decide to get one

5inthebed · 17/06/2009 18:46

You getting commision from Argos BLM
Bummer about you missing your BJCM

Nicola, I think you should try a BJCM, I'll post mine to you to try if you like? LOL. I do like the Mura though, the seat looks like great fun for a toddler.

Now, uick question girls. Should I buy the carrycot for the Gecko? One on Ebay ATM ending soon, and would be great to complete mine, even though I'm not going to sell for ages. DS3 would still fit into it as well.

lecohen · 17/06/2009 18:55

Anyone got a babydan stockholm? Am thinking of getting one

loulabellecelino · 17/06/2009 18:56

Sorry to jump in everyone, I have just posted this on the for sale board, but it occurred to me that all of the pramaholics are on here LOL.
I'm looking for a denim seat base for my bug, I've got the basket, just need the seat, if you have the carrycot, might be interested in that too. I dont lurk on here regularly, as its much too tempting with all of the buying and selling going on, but if you have one could you reply to me on the for sale/wanted thread!
Ta muchly, and sorry to butt in!

Disenchanted3 · 17/06/2009 19:06

Nicola what buggy snuggle did you have on the blue apples?

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 17/06/2009 19:08

lecohen are you still interested in my double MB???

5inthebed · 17/06/2009 19:27

Just paid the deposit on a Snunkie liner for my bug. Can't wait!

OP posts:
nicolamumof3 · 17/06/2009 19:31

none dis, its far to lovely a seat to cover up, but think my blue retro spot would go on it actually.ooooh i hope it comes soon!

i wouldn't bother with carrycot 5in unless its mega bargain.

Disenchanted3 · 17/06/2009 19:33

oh it was the turkish with green retro spot im thinking of ...

got an offer on p&t with carseat on ebay

lecohen · 17/06/2009 19:35

no1putsbabyinthecorner, sorry I forgot to check your thread...don't think I can afford it tbh and hub says we really don't need a double since we managed fine without one for 6 months lol

nicolamumof3 · 17/06/2009 19:45

dis i can't keep up im still in at bee, why you selling that?

sweetkitty · 17/06/2009 19:51

Dis - an offer already what you going to have left, once the Bee and P&T is gone

Disenchanted3 · 17/06/2009 19:54

yep, they are local too, £300

might be coming off ebay - so no fees either

Might keep bee & have quest, my bee buyer pulled out, maybe its a sign.

just tempted to sell it as P&T money is going towards doing the boys room up ...

but love it.
