its doesn't seems to be cut out right nicola, its a standard harness but the bits you push together to release it are far too tight. I have phone Boots, they are collecting this one tomorrow and ordered a new one for delivery for tomorrow too, and they haven't charged me for next day delivery lol

can;t be bothered to argue with them now.. I wanted to use it on school run today but will have to wait now. Might phone them when the new one arrives, I do think it was a return as the cardboard protectors on the handle bars were not on it when I unpacked it, they were at the bottom of the box, I only realised when I repacked it
