Does anyone know if M&P Luna or Ora is good with buggy board? I have Lascal maxi

Thanks in advance x

5inthebed · 16/06/2009 19:50

Lecohen, if you look here it tells you what makes the board is good with. Unfortunately it doesn't show the Luna or Ora.

Any opinions?

lecohen · 16/06/2009 20:12

P.S Hope it's ok that I gatecrashed this thread, I often lurk here quietly lol x

nicolamumof3 · 16/06/2009 20:17

lecohen all's welcome here!

i don't think board would fit to luna shame as nice pushchair. nipper 360 is light and nice seat my 3.5yr old loves it (when he's not riding on board!)

pebbles79 · 16/06/2009 20:29

A buggy board goes well on Jane prams like the Nomad or Slalom.

FlyMeToDunoon · 16/06/2009 21:58

Thanks lecohen.
I have just got in from class with a splitting headache. So off to bed.

nicolamumof3 · 17/06/2009 07:55

Morning ladies hows everyone today?

i've decided and to be v.good and not spend my paypal funds on another pushchair, going to transfer to bank as need for my wedding dress next week. good eh?

so what do you all do for fathers day ladies?

horsemadgal · 17/06/2009 08:05

Well done Nicola, very sensible.

My hubby away with his pal this weekend, so won't need to do anything for Fathers Day yay!!

pebbles79 · 17/06/2009 08:09

I normally just get DH a card from the kids and he picks something himself.

Got my friend taking DS1 to school today as DS2 and DD were really sick last night so wasn't sure how they'd be this morning. Have just given them some toast so we'll see how that settles. Only 7 more days of school left here before the summer holidays so I get a break from the school run, yayyyyy! I HATE the school run, lol! Need to getting DS2 walking all the time and off the buggyboard by the end of the holidays.

sal1309 · 17/06/2009 08:11

morning all

very sensible nicola, we wont be doing anything for fathers day as we are skint lol, although if its nice might put some burgers on the bbq for him lol

lecohen · 17/06/2009 08:17

Good morning ladies...congrats Nicola, you could have my wedding dress for a bargain price, it's so lovely lol

What's the one you are getting like? I love weddings

Got the infinity yesterday, so lovely! I stripped it all down and washed the whole lot and it dried so quickly and is now almost LIKE NEW! Such a fab buggy, if I didn't have the Frog, I would keep it. I even tried my almost 3 year old in it and it wasn't too bad at all...very impressed. I can take pics if anyone is interested?

5inthebed · 17/06/2009 08:19

Morning ladies.

I think you're doing the right thing with the money Nicola. Only 4 more weeks left! I can't wait.

maxybrown · 17/06/2009 08:30

morning! I have pics of my Mutsy now I have finished cleaning it yeterday, but have to be later as off into Manchester with my Mum shopping for Fathers day.

The woman I bought it from has also found the bumper bar for Mutsy and dropping it off yay!

Pebbles - only 7 more days of school? Where do you live?? Bet Dh wishes there were only 7 days left, more like er....4 weeks I think!

pebbles79 · 17/06/2009 08:32

I'm in Scotland. Schools here finish up at the end of June and go back mid August.

maxybrown · 17/06/2009 08:34

ooh!! Fancy, learn something new everyday! So, time to travel to Scotland would be Mid - end of August then?

FlyMeToDunoon · 17/06/2009 08:37

Lecohen I am interested but have limited funds.

In fact I am meant to be using my paypal funds to buy DD1 a loft bed but haven't got quite enough to get one with a desk so it's burning a hole in my pocket!

I missed a blue infinity at £35bin last night!

Father's day is a card from DDs, a little pressie and breakfast in bed.

5inthebed · 17/06/2009 08:37

Where in Scotland do you live Pebbles? I have family in Kelso, Stranraer and Saltcoats.

We are going to a huge funfair on Sunday, so that itself will cost a small fortune. DH isn't too bothered about a present but I'm buying a Wii off my brother with loads of games so that can be his even though he isn't a game fan lol. Plus the two older boys will no doubt have made a card at school so saves me there as well.

I'm just outside of Glasgow, kind of between Glasgow and Loch Lomond. I live in the town where the Singers sewing machines originated and went to the same school as Wet Wet Wet !

maxybrown · 17/06/2009 08:45

ah you live in Clydebank then? I am a huge Wet Wet Wet fan....... don't know if i should blush or not there.....jumping in like that

pebbles79 · 17/06/2009 08:47

Yep, I do . Quite like Wet Wet Wet myself , was one of the first concerts I ever went to.

nicolamumof3 · 17/06/2009 08:47

yes i feel v.sensible. i so wanted to try a mura on sale at boots, but want a three wheel one so going to leave it. i think i need to stop now with pushchairs, ds3 is nearly two now. time to get a life away from pushchairs. i think the only way though is going to be stopping coming on forums like this tho tbh as it does encourage you!! i will have to get dp to lock up the laptop!

pebbles79 · 17/06/2009 08:49

The Mura doesn't look as huge IRL as it does in photos. I've seen someone with one in my local shopping centre and thought it looked quite nice. You should keep an eye out on Babyvalue.

maxybrown · 17/06/2009 08:50

ah.....don't get me all dreamy eyed. I have spent many a happy day touring around here there and everywhere...sigh. Putting aside having Ds & meeting Dh - best days of my life those were! ......
