Does it include a rain cover? for the £120

I need to approach DH but will let you know. If you get an offer in the meantime take it Dis as I know you need to sell. X

Jigglypiggly- I have the BJCM and love it, I use it for my almost 3YO and it is the only pushchair that he fits in comfortably because he is a big 'un.

I'm not sure I would use it as a main pushchair with a NB as it does'nt give a particularly smooth ride because the wheels are not air filled but it is a hell of a lot better than my XT was. It's a breeze to push one handed even with a full basket and a big toddler in! For a 2nd pushchair I would say go for it the fold is amazing, it's compact when folded, lightweight to push and lift, big seat so will last until no pushchair needed, decent sized wheels for a smoothish ride and the seat sits up quite well too!

yes raincover & instructions inc

carrielou2007 · 19/04/2009 14:39

Hi Lillypie, I ordered some of those foam handles, hope they are easy to put on (visions of one foot against the wall trying to get the blooming thing off!!) I love the triumph apart from the recline. It's not the same as the quest, there is this stupid clip for upright and unclip to recline.

Dd being such a lump is so heavy she is never really sat upright. She is used to it as my CM has one but I hate it!! I know I have to keep it and would lose so much on it but for now it's stuffed in the spare room with the zapp!!

Disenchanted3 · 19/04/2009 16:35

listed XT on ebay

fingers crossed for me!

5inthebed · 19/04/2009 20:25

Good listing Dis, Someone will snap that up! Shame you have to sell it though.

FlyMeToDunoon · 19/04/2009 20:33

Hellooooo all.
Hope you are all reasonably happy and well.
I'm feeling a bit bouncy because I have cleared out a lot of stuff from my loft and I love that feeling.
My house is so scruffy so I have made a list of things to do to it-painting, sanding that sort of thing.
And Heather from Poshbugs emailed and my MB liner should be posted Thursday!
Yay

nicolamumof3 · 19/04/2009 20:50

ah thats great you get your liner soon!

dis hope your xt sells. im getting mine from smyths next week then will decide when i have it if quest is going, tho i doubt it lol!

BexieID · 19/04/2009 22:38

Tom still has his Fisher Price aquarium music box thing on his cotbed. Can hear it now. Mum got it from a charity shop for £4.50!

FlyMeToDunoon · 20/04/2009 08:32

Morning.
Yes it's a wrench when the baby things go.
I am keeping some bits and pieces as keepsakes though.

nicolamumof3 · 20/04/2009 08:49

morning flyme!

FlyMeToDunoon · 20/04/2009 09:01

Morning Nicola!
What keepsakes does anyone have?
I have 2 baby shawls, 1 knitted by my great grandmother.
A tiny vest
Pair of socks
One really cute outfit
2 mothercare cotton cellular blankets in red [from DD1] and cream [DDs 2 and 3]
Wooden pull along car with dog in it.

Finding nice things to keep from older years is not so easy.

nicolamumof3 · 20/04/2009 09:31

loads! not sure if they are keepsakes tho!!!

lillypie · 20/04/2009 09:49

I have a few things but I found getting rid of the nappies the biggest wrench lol

mamadiva · 20/04/2009 09:52

Morning all,

How is everyone?

I have a few keepsake type things here too but most if not all have been shared by my twin sisters because they were only born 8 months before DS I got a lot of their hand me downs which are now in waiting for the next baby to arrive in the family which will be my little cousin as my aunt is pregnant so

We have 2 gorgeous moses baskets, shawls and stands stored upstairs.

I have kept DS's pram blanket that my great aunt knitted just for us so that's staying with me

And the outfit that he left the hospital in as well as a few tiny baby babygro's and a wee knitted cardigan that was shared by all 3 of them.

Oh god that's terrible is'nt it I only really have two things that are DS's but then again suppose it's nice they have shared them

My two youngest shared all the baby stuff and clothes are passed down now of course so hardly anything is individual to one of them.
Worst realisation was that I had hardly any of DD1's things. Thought I had her coming home from hospital outfit in the loft but have never been able to find it.
Got her first shoes though.
Got first shoes for then all.
Love them.
