alls welcome in here trinity!!

FlyMeToDunoon · 09/03/2009 08:56

Morning must dash any second to nursery.
Thought last night that Nipper didn't have bumper bar and shopping basket was pants but looks like it might have been improved?
I had the nipper single and have an older MB urban now.
From memory I wouls say there is very little difference between Nipper and MB to push and certainly with the older MB the suspension on the Nipper is much better.
Cant remember if covers come off-impression is not.
Might be worth finding out because I imagine that would be important to you Nicloa

Ok must go back soon!

nicolamumof3 · 09/03/2009 08:58

dunoon you can buy a seperate shopping basket for the nipper which i might get! i've heard you can uscrew covers from frame and they can be washed but it comes with a liner anyway.

dunoon you know me so well what a clean freak i am!!

pebbles79 · 09/03/2009 09:02

My friend had a Nipper 360 single and her large 2 year old fitted in it no problem. Basket was quite good, it's a draw string so nothing falls out, it's also got two large net type pockets at either side of the hood which holds quite alot. Think the only bad thing about it is the strap recline and it's not very upright when sitting up.

Disenchanted3 · 09/03/2009 09:04

Morning

How are you all today?

Trinityrhino · 09/03/2009 09:06

morning Dis
I'm impatient for my luna

nicolamumof3 · 09/03/2009 09:06

morning dis, how you doing today??

thats my only worry about the non upright thing? don't worry about a bumper bar, he's 20m and tbh much easier to get in/out without a bumper bar. not worried about recline either as v.rarely sleeps in it. more interested in nice comfy ride for him, nice and light to push one handed. thats my only criteria really!!

pebbles79 · 09/03/2009 09:09

Well it definitely meets that criteria, it's lovely to push.

nicolamumof3 · 09/03/2009 09:12

oh goody, want to order but looking for a place that has the camel in stock and takes paypal.

looks like luna mix might be going after all!!

Disenchanted3 · 09/03/2009 10:53

Im good thanks, looking for holiday

Desperatly trying to avoid putting Cam on ebay!

Ooh what colour Luna did you get Trinity?

Im thinking Ill keep my P&T now abut just sell cam & MB and get a mac, maybe that nice black, white, lime apple one!

Then never get another¬ lol

Tho if Fi sells her black P&T i might sell mine to buy hers, would be happier with black!

Nicola my boys love bumper bars, I wouldnt be put off by one, they love to pull themselves up on it and hold on, we attatch toys to it to keep them quiet!

Disenchanted3 · 09/03/2009 10:55

Ooh my MB is up to £2.64

lillypie · 09/03/2009 11:16

LOL don't spend it yet!!

lexilou · 09/03/2009 11:17

Oooh I think I have found my spiritual home!!! I am totally obsessed with pushchairs/buggies and no one else really gets it but here you all are!!

Nicola - I have a Nipper 360, love it, its easy to fold, light and super easy to push. Although it does have a strap recline the seat is rigid and I can get it really upright. My Ds, 19 months, has low muscle tone and sacral sits so needs a really supportive seat and this is by far the best. I bought the basket but have never used it, it fits low to the ground and is flimsy but the seat does have a drawstring pouch on back going under it, which I get loads in.

Oh and I have used it nearly everyday for a year and it still looks new.

Disenchanted3 · 09/03/2009 11:24

I've found a little holiday thats perfect for us, only £159 for us all! But they require full payment today or else it goes up to £250

I need to sell something!

I wonder if that shooting in NI has affected prices at all. They may need extra insurance or something.
